If your child is offered a place at Metta, we kindly ask that you inform us of your decision to enroll or not within five days, and return the enrollment form with fees.
Children’s Records: According to the Virginia Department of Social Services and Metta requirements, the following documents must be on file in our office before your child enters the school.

You may consider updating your health forms yearly on your child’s birthday visit to the doctor. Please ensure you keep track of medication forms and when they expire and when medication expires.
Required Yearly - No matter when your child enrolls, some forms are renewed every February so as to get everyone on the same schedule. All forms are due back within two weeks of receipt. There is a $75 dollar fee for forms not received by due date, and your child will not be guaranteed a spot for the following year.
